Within 14 days of any payment, the pages you have not used are refunded in full. Just email us. Prices are in US dollars before tax; checkout adds any VAT or GST your country requires and can bill in your local currency. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record.

Terms

The fine print, in full

Refunds
Within 14 days of any payment, the pages you have not used are refunded in full. Just email us. An untouched purchase comes back whole; a Pages Pack with 60 of its 100 pages left comes back as $11.40. Anything we misread or fail to deliver is refunded without conditions.
Cancelling
Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel from your account page at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid month and nothing renews.
What counts as a page
One page of a PDF or image. CSV, QIF and OFX files count as one page per 4,000 characters. Failed conversions are never charged.
Taxes and payment
Prices are in USD. Any VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments; we never see your card details.
Unused pages
Plan pages start again on your billing date each month and do not roll over. Pack pages never expire and are used only after your monthly pages run out.
Team members
Business includes up to 5 people sharing one allowance. Everyone else is a single seat; pages cannot be shared between accounts.
