stmtai turns bank and credit card statement PDFs, digital, scanned or photographed, into Excel, CSV, QuickBooks QBO, Xero CSV and TallyPrime XML. Every row is checked against the balances printed on the statement before you download. The first 5 pages are free with no account, then 10 pages a month with a free one, and no single statement is charged more than 15 pages however long it is.

How the check works

The printed opening balance, plus every credit, minus every debit, must equal the printed closing balance, row by row. A result that adds up gets a Balanced badge; one that does not shows the first row that is off, so a misread is flagged, not hidden. What the balance check means.

What happens to your file

Deletion of the uploaded file starts when processing ends; results are kept 7 days with an account and 1 day without, or deleted sooner with one click. The privacy and security pages list what is stored, where, and for how long.
