What changed.
Dated, in plain words.

Every change you can see or use, newest first, from the first version on 12 September 2026. If something you rely on stops behaving the way an entry describes, that is a bug; tell us.

  1. Business plan is 1,200 pages a month

Business was listed at 2,500 pages for $99 before anyone had bought it. Reading a page visually costs more than the first estimate, and at 2,500 pages a firm using its whole allowance would have cost more to serve than it paid. The plan is now 1,200 pages a month for the same $99, still with five seats, the API and every export. Nobody was on the old figure, so nobody loses pages.

  2. Backup reading models

Statements are read by one model, with two others standing by. If the first is unavailable or slowed by heavy demand, the page is read by the next one instead of failing, and the balance check runs on the result as usual. You will not see a difference; the point is that an outage on our supplier’s side no longer stops your conversion.

    How processing works
  3. Sage export

Every statement can now be downloaded as a CSV laid out for Sage’s bank-statement import: Date, Amount (negative for money out), Reference and Description, one row per transaction, checked against the printed balances first. It is on the statement page next to the other downloads.

  4. PDF password remover and a Free tools page

The unlocking step the upload box already runs on locked statements is now a tool of its own: drop the PDF, type the bank’s password, download a plain copy. The file and the password stay in your browser. All free tools are listed on one page, linked from the header.

  5. TallyPrime XML export

Every statement can now be downloaded as Tally XML: money in becomes a Receipt voucher, money out becomes a Payment voucher, and each entry is balanced between the bank ledger and one clearing ledger. Batch ZIPs and the API include the same format.

  6. Reconciliation report as a PDF

Every statement can be downloaded as a report for the client file: the balance check in plain words, the figures behind it, the first row to look at if something is off, then every transaction as read. Also available for a whole batch as a zip, and through the API.

    What the downloads contain
  7. Download all files of a batch at once

From the batch page: all QuickBooks files, all Xero CSVs, all Excel workbooks or all reports as one zip, one file per statement, named after the statement.

    Converting several statements
  8. Long PDFs are split for you

A statement over 60 pages or 20 MB used to be refused. It is now cut into parts on your device before upload, the parts are converted together, and the results page checks that each part carries on from the one before.

    Page limits
  9. Categories you set are remembered

Change the category on a row and the payee is remembered in your browser. The other rows for that payee can be set with one click, and later statements get the category as soon as they open. Nothing leaves your browser; the account page can forget them.

    Editing the table
  10. Statements with more than one account

A combined statement with a checking and a savings section, or several sub-accounts, is read as separate accounts. Each is checked against its own opening and closing balance and gets its own sheet in the workbook. Pages are charged once.

  11. Free tools for CSV, OFX and QIF files

Three converters that run entirely in your browser, no upload and no account: bank CSV to QuickBooks .qbo, OFX/QFX to CSV and Excel, and QIF to CSV. They use the same balance check and the same downloads as the main converter.

    CSV to QBO
  12. Password-protected PDFs open in your browser

Statements that need a password, or that only restrict printing, are unlocked on your device before upload. The password and the original file never leave your computer.

    How it works
  13. Faster pages and category totals in the batch workbook

The upload box no longer loads the spreadsheet and PDF libraries until you drop a file, so pages load with about a fifth of the code they did. The batch Excel file gained a Category column on every sheet and a Categories sheet whose totals add up every statement with live formulas.

    The Excel export
  14. Help centre, security page, country pages, sixty-two bank guides

Sixteen short help articles, a security page that explains where a statement goes in plain words, one page per country listing the banks with their own guides, and bank pages for the US, UK, Canada, Australia, India and Europe: where the statement download is, what the PDF looks like, and what to watch for.

    Help centre
  15. Pages for bookkeepers, accountants, owners, freelancers, landlords and treasurers

Six pages describing the converter through the pile of statements each of them actually faces, with the plan that fits. The Excel Summary sheet also gained totals by category as live formulas, with spare rows for labels you add yourself.

    Who it is for
  16. Guides and a which-plan calculator

Thirteen long-form guides (converting to Excel and CSV, importing into QuickBooks and Xero, reconciliation, file formats) and a calculator on the pricing page that names the cheapest option for your monthly volume.

    Guides
  17. Public API and email-to-convert

Create, upload, poll and export from your own software with the same pages and the same balance check as the website, on every plan including the free one. Operators can also switch on an address that account holders email statements to.

    API documentation
  18. Suggested categories, Delete now, and a live counter

Every row gets a suggested category from a fixed list, editable in the table and included in Excel and CSV. Any conversion can be deleted immediately from the results page. The homepage shows the real number of pages checked once there are enough to mean something.

  19. Continuity check across a year of statements

When several statements of one account are converted together, each closing balance is checked against the next opening balance and missing, overlapping or duplicated months are pointed out by file name.

  20. Pricing simplified, free QBO checker, team seats

The Pages Pack is 100 pages for $19 that never expire, Pro is 300 pages a month for $29, Business 2,500 pages for $99 with five seats; five pages free without an account, ten a month with one. A free checker shows what QuickBooks will object to in a .qbo file, line by line.

    Pricing
  21. Batch upload, original page beside the table, saved edits, sample result

Up to twelve statements at once. When a row is flagged, the page of the original statement opens next to the table at that row. Corrections are saved so downloads and history use the fixed version. A sample result shows the whole flow without uploading anything.

    The sample
  22. First version

PDF, scanned and photographed bank statements to Excel, CSV, QuickBooks and Xero, every conversion reconciled against the printed balances before download. File deletion starts when processing finishes, with lifecycle cleanup as fallback.
