Delete a conversion now instead of waiting
Where the Delete now button is, what it removes, how to delete from the account page, and how to delete the whole account.
Last reviewed
Results become eligible for automatic deletion after 7 days with an account or 1 day without. If you would rather not wait, you can delete them yourself.
From the results page
At the bottom of a single statement's results page is a small Delete now link. Press it, read the confirmation, and press Yes, delete. Keep cancels.
This removes the extracted table and any files for the conversion from storage. If you are signed in, the entry disappears from your conversion history too. The copy of the original kept in your browser for the preview is removed as well. Aggregate usage counters and operational logs do not contain the statement rows and are not removed with an individual conversion.
In a batch
The Delete now link is not shown while a statement is open inside the batch list. Use the link Open this statement on its own under the table, then delete from that page. Alternatively, delete from the account page.
From the account page
The Recent conversions section of your account page lists every conversion from the last 7 days with a Delete button on each row. This does the same as Delete now on the results page.
What deleting does not do
Deleting a result does not return the pages it used. A conversion that finished is charged whether or not you keep the result.
Deleting a result does not affect any file you already downloaded. Those are on your computer and only you can remove them.
Deleting your account
At the bottom of the account page, the Delete my account and data section removes every conversion and its files, API keys, identity links, team seats if you own a Business plan, your profile and your login. Feedback or support correspondence is retained separately. Press Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, then Delete everything.
Paid access must have ended before account deletion. Cancel through Manage billing & invoices; deletion becomes available after the paid-through date. Deleting the account does not refund pages you paid for. If you want a refund, email support@stmtai.com before you delete. See Refunds and failed conversions.
