What is free

You can convert 5 pages with no account. A free account, created with your email on the login page, gives you 10 pages every month.

What you can buy

  • Pages Pack: $19 for 100 pages. One-time purchase. The pages never expire.
  • Pro: $29 a month for 300 pages a month.
  • Business: $99 a month for 1,200 pages a month, shared by up to 5 people. See Team seats on Business.

All plans include every export format and the balance check. Plans are billed monthly. There is no annual option to buy at the moment.

Pages are taken from the monthly allowance first, then from your pack. Unused monthly pages do not roll over. If you have busy and quiet months, a pack is the buffer.

How to buy

You need to be signed in. Go to pricing and choose a pack or plan. Payment is handled by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record. We receive a customer ID and the product you bought and never see your card number.

After paying you are returned to your account page. The new pages appear within a few seconds. If the account page says you have run out mid-upload, buy the pack or plan and upload the file again.

Managing a subscription

The account page has a Manage billing & invoices button once you have bought something. It opens the Dodo billing portal, where you can download invoices, update your card or cancel.

A cancelled subscription stays in force until the end of the period you paid for, and the account page shows that end date. After that the account drops back to the free allowance of 10 pages a month. If a payment fails, the account page says so and asks you to update your card.

Refunds

Within 14 days of any payment, the pages from it that you have not used are refunded at the price you paid for them; an untouched purchase is refunded in full. Email support@stmtai.com. See Refunds and failed conversions.
