What does each bank statement converter charge, per page, per statement, per month or once, as published on its own pricing page?
Last updated
Last checked October 2026. Deciding column: Price. 24 tools listed, 2 left out as not published.
What the table shows
24 of the 26 converters checked in October 2026 publish their prices on their own homepage or pricing page: stmtai, ParseBank, BankQBO, BankXLSX, ParseStatement, DocuClipper, LedgerBox, MoneyThumb, Lido, Suparse, ConvertStatement, Rocket Statements, Parseur, Nanonets, Docsumo, CapyParse, CreditCardToExcel, StatementToBudget, Documentric, StatementVision, MintConvert, CleanStmt, StatementTable and StatementBridge. Four pricing models appear in the table: pages a month on a subscription, statements a month whatever their length, credit packs that never expire, and a flat fee for a day or for life. ConvertStatement lists $9/month for 300 pages; $29/month for 1,500 pages (adds batch); $59/month for 5,000 pages (adds the API); all four export formats on every plan; CleanStmt lists $19/month for 500 pages; $39/month for 1,200; $79/month for 3,000; credit packs at $19, $39 and $69 valid 12 months; all export formats and batch on paid plans. FlowParse and EasyLedger do not say on the pages read whether they publish their prices, so they are left out rather than guessed. stmtai is in the list on the same terms, and so are its limits: 12-file batch cap, no MT940, BAI2 or camt.053 input, no analytics. Every cell below names the page it was read from; a value the site does not show is printed as not published.
- Tally XML. TallyPrime XML export: Receipt and Payment vouchers for Alt+O import, alongside Excel, CSV, QuickBooks and Xero.
- Non-expiring pack. $19 buys 100 pages that never expire, and no statement is charged more than 15 pages.
- API and email-in. REST API and email-in on every plan, including the free one.
- Your file. Deletion of your file starts when processing ends; results are kept 7 days with an account, 1 day without.
- Balance check. There is no per-bank template: every row is added up against the opening and closing balances printed on the statement, and a misread is flagged, not hidden. How the balance check works

Questions
Which of these can I try free?
20 of the 24 listed publish a free tier rather than a trial. stmtai: 5 pages with no account, then 10 pages a month with a free account; every export included. ParseBank: 1 page a day with no account; Free plan 10 pages a month with every export format. BankQBO: First 3 statements free, once, no card; Excel and CSV with a watermark. BankXLSX: Up to 15 pages (5 per statement) once, with no card; does not renew. ParseStatement: 5 pages with no account, or 10 pages a day signed in; free pages reset daily. LedgerBox: 14-day trial starting with 10 pages (200 after one listed action), no card; a Free plan covers 3 clients and 30 pages a month. The free tier column has the other 14.
Does stmtai publish their prices?
Yes, as the table shows from this site's own pages. The things it does not do are listed too: 12-file batch cap, no MT940, BAI2 or camt.053 input, no analytics. The first 5 pages need no account, so the quickest check is to drop a statement in below and look at the result.
How were the tools chosen?
Each tool's homepage and pricing page were read in October 2026 and the values copied into one table with the URL they came from. A tool appears here when those pages state that it publishes their prices; FlowParse and EasyLedger were left out because their pages do not say. Nothing is ranked by opinion; the order is stmtai first, then the tools as they appear in the table.
