18 of the 26 converters checked in October 2026 publish a free tier and a QuickBooks or Xero file on their own homepage or pricing page: stmtai, ParseBank, BankQBO, BankXLSX, ParseStatement, LedgerBox, Lido, Suparse, ConvertStatement, FlowParse, CapyParse, StatementToBudget, Documentric, StatementVision, MintConvert, CleanStmt, StatementTable and StatementBridge. An owner converts two to four statements a month and wants them in QuickBooks or Xero without taking on another subscription. Most owners have a business current account, a business card, and sometimes a savings or a loan account, so two to four statements a month of 3 to 10 pages each. Card statements list purchases as positive numbers and payments as negative, which is the opposite of what the import expects.
