What the table shows

15 of the 26 converters checked in October 2026 publish a QuickBooks or Xero file and a batch upload on their own homepage or pricing page: stmtai, BankQBO, BankXLSX, DocuClipper, LedgerBox, Lido, Suparse, ConvertStatement, FlowParse, CapyParse, StatementToBudget, Documentric, MintConvert, CleanStmt and StatementBridge. A bookkeeper needs the file the client software imports, not a spreadsheet to re-key, and needs a month of client statements to go in together. A typical month is 15 to 25 clients with 30 to 50 bank and card accounts between them. Copying from a PDF into a spreadsheet loses the sign on refunds and merges two-line descriptions into the amount column. CapyParse lists $29/month for 150 pages (Starter; $290 a year); Firm 600 pages at $790 a year; one-time credit packs from $10 at $0.25 a page down to $0.132 a page, valid 1 year; MintConvert lists Pro $19/month (listed at $29 with a discount applied); Free plan with unlimited single conversions and all export formats; bulk conversions on Pro. ParseBank, ParseStatement, MoneyThumb, Rocket Statements, Parseur, Nanonets, Docsumo, CreditCardToExcel, StatementVision, StatementTable and EasyLedger do not say on the pages read whether they publish a QuickBooks or Xero file and a batch upload, so they are left out rather than guessed. stmtai is in the list on the same terms, and so are its limits: 12-file batch cap, no MT940, BAI2 or camt.053 input, no analytics. Every cell below names the page it was read from; a value the site does not show is printed as not published.

Questions

Which of these can I try free?

14 of the 15 listed publish a free tier rather than a trial. stmtai: 5 pages with no account, then 10 pages a month with a free account; every export included. BankQBO: First 3 statements free, once, no card; Excel and CSV with a watermark. BankXLSX: Up to 15 pages (5 per statement) once, with no card; does not renew. LedgerBox: 14-day trial starting with 10 pages (200 after one listed action), no card; a Free plan covers 3 clients and 30 pages a month. Lido: 50 pages, no card. Suparse: 50 pages once, no card, full access. The free tier column has the other 8.

Does stmtai publish a QuickBooks or Xero file and a batch upload?

Yes, as the table shows from this site's own pages. The things it does not do are listed too: 12-file batch cap, no MT940, BAI2 or camt.053 input, no analytics. The first 5 pages need no account, so the quickest check is to drop a statement in below and look at the result.

How were the tools chosen?

Each tool's homepage and pricing page were read in October 2026 and the values copied into one table with the URL they came from. A tool appears here when those pages state that it publishes a QuickBooks or Xero file and a batch upload; ParseBank, ParseStatement, MoneyThumb, Rocket Statements, Parseur, Nanonets, Docsumo, CreditCardToExcel, StatementVision, StatementTable and EasyLedger were left out because their pages do not say. Nothing is ranked by opinion; the order is stmtai first, then the tools as they appear in the table.

Why is "QuickBooks .qbo" the deciding column for bookkeepers?

The QuickBooks .qbo and Xero file columns are read from each tool's own export list, and the batch cell has to be published; a tool that only writes Excel, or takes one file at a time, is left out however good the sheet. A tool whose cell is not published is named above as left out rather than guessed.

Is there a page on this site for bookkeepers?

Yes: "Bank statement conversion for bookkeepers", linked under Related. You keep the books for a dozen or more clients, and every one of them banks somewhere different. Some connect a feed, some send PDFs, and at least two still post you paper. The first week of the month is spent getting all of that into a state you can reconcile.
