Which bank statement converters say they read European statements, which name European banks, and what do they charge?

What the table shows
13 of the 26 converters checked in October 2026 name Europe or any bank as a market on their own homepage or pricing page: stmtai, ParseBank, BankXLSX, DocuClipper, Lido, ConvertStatement, Rocket Statements, FlowParse, CapyParse, Documentric, StatementVision, MintConvert and StatementBridge. Dates are day first: dd.mm.yyyy in Germany, dd/mm/yyyy in France and dd-mm-yyyy in the Netherlands, with a booking date (Buchungstag, Date) and a value date (Wert, Valeur, Valutadatum) on most rows. Amounts use a decimal comma and a point or space for thousands, in Soll and Haben, Débit and Crédit, or a single Bedrag column with an Af/Bij direction marker. Balances are printed per page (Kontostand, Solde, Saldo) or per row depending on the bank. IBANs and SEPA references (Verwendungszweck, mandate and end-to-end references) make descriptions long, and they are kept whole. European banks with their own page on this site: Deutsche Bank, ING and BNP Paribas. Of the 13 listed, ConvertStatement and Rocket Statements name European banks on their own pages (Deutsche Bank, ING and BNP Paribas); the Banks named column has each list. ConvertStatement lists $9/month for 300 pages; $29/month for 1,500 pages (adds batch); $59/month for 5,000 pages (adds the API); all four export formats on every plan; DocuClipper lists $20.30/month billed annually for 60 pages (Starter); $111.30/month billed annually for 640 pages (Business); $279.30/month billed annually for 1,800 pages; unlimited users on every plan; unused pages do not carry forward. BankQBO, MoneyThumb, Suparse, Parseur, Nanonets, Docsumo, CleanStmt, StatementTable and EasyLedger do not say on the pages read whether they name Europe or any bank as a market, so they are left out rather than guessed. stmtai is in the list on the same terms, and so are its limits: 12-file batch cap, no MT940, BAI2 or camt.053 input, no analytics. Every cell below names the page it was read from; a value the site does not show is printed as not published.
- Tally XML. TallyPrime XML export: Receipt and Payment vouchers for Alt+O import, alongside Excel, CSV, QuickBooks and Xero.
- Non-expiring pack. $19 buys 100 pages that never expire, and no statement is charged more than 15 pages.
- API and email-in. REST API and email-in on every plan, including the free one.
- Your file. Deletion of your file starts when processing ends; results are kept 7 days with an account, 1 day without.
- Balance check. There is no per-bank template: every row is added up against the opening and closing balances printed on the statement, and a misread is flagged, not hidden. How the balance check works

Questions
Which of these can I try free?
Eleven of the 13 listed publish a free tier rather than a trial. stmtai: 5 pages with no account, then 10 pages a month with a free account; every export included. ParseBank: 1 page a day with no account; Free plan 10 pages a month with every export format. BankXLSX: Up to 15 pages (5 per statement) once, with no card; does not renew. Lido: 50 pages, no card. ConvertStatement: 10 pages with no account; 50 pages a month with a free account. FlowParse: 10 pages a month free, no card; Smart Merge of up to 5 files; CSV and Excel export; API access. The free tier column has the other 5.
Does stmtai convert European bank statements?
Yes. Its own page for European bank statements (linked above) has the download steps and the layout notes, and this table reads this site like every other row. The things it does not do are listed too: 12-file batch cap, no MT940, BAI2 or camt.053 input, no analytics. The first 5 pages need no account, so the quickest check is to drop a statement in below and look at the result.
How were the tools chosen?
Each tool's homepage and pricing page were read in October 2026 and the values copied into one table with the URL they came from. A tool appears here when those pages state that it names Europe or any bank as a market; BankQBO, MoneyThumb, Suparse, Parseur, Nanonets, Docsumo, CleanStmt, StatementTable and EasyLedger were left out because their pages do not say. Nothing is ranked by opinion; the order is stmtai first, then the tools as they appear in the table.
