What the table shows

15 of the 26 converters checked in October 2026 name United Kingdom or any bank as a market on their own homepage or pricing page: stmtai, ParseBank, BankXLSX, DocuClipper, LedgerBox, Lido, ConvertStatement, Rocket Statements, FlowParse, CapyParse, StatementToBudget, Documentric, StatementVision, MintConvert and StatementBridge. Dates are day first, DD/MM or day and abbreviated month, with the year in the statement header or on each row depending on the bank. Money is shown with a point for decimals and a comma for thousands, in separate Money In and Money Out (or Paid In and Withdrawn) columns, with the balance on every row at Barclays, Lloyds, Halifax, Santander and the app banks, and on the last row of each day at HSBC. Payment type codes such as DD, SO, BP, FPI, FPO, DEB, VIS, CHQ and TFR sit in their own column or at the start of the description and are worth keeping for bank rules. An overdrawn balance carries a minus sign, or D or OD after the figure at some banks. UK banks with their own page on this site: Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, NatWest, Santander, Monzo, Starling, Revolut, Halifax, TSB and 1 more. Of the 15 listed, DocuClipper, Lido, ConvertStatement, Rocket Statements, FlowParse, Documentric and StatementBridge name UK banks on their own pages (Barclays, HSBC, Santander, Revolut, Lloyds, NatWest, Monzo, Starling and 1 more); the Banks named column has each list. CapyParse lists $29/month for 150 pages (Starter; $290 a year); Firm 600 pages at $790 a year; one-time credit packs from $10 at $0.25 a page down to $0.132 a page, valid 1 year; StatementVision lists $9 for a 24-hour pass with unlimited conversions; $29 lifetime; 7-day refund. BankQBO, MoneyThumb, Suparse, Parseur, Nanonets, Docsumo, CleanStmt, StatementTable and EasyLedger do not say on the pages read whether they name United Kingdom or any bank as a market, so they are left out rather than guessed. stmtai is in the list on the same terms, and so are its limits: 12-file batch cap, no MT940, BAI2 or camt.053 input, no analytics. Every cell below names the page it was read from; a value the site does not show is printed as not published.

Questions

Which of these can I try free?

13 of the 15 listed publish a free tier rather than a trial. stmtai: 5 pages with no account, then 10 pages a month with a free account; every export included. ParseBank: 1 page a day with no account; Free plan 10 pages a month with every export format. BankXLSX: Up to 15 pages (5 per statement) once, with no card; does not renew. LedgerBox: 14-day trial starting with 10 pages (200 after one listed action), no card; a Free plan covers 3 clients and 30 pages a month. Lido: 50 pages, no card. ConvertStatement: 10 pages with no account; 50 pages a month with a free account. The free tier column has the other 7.

Does stmtai convert UK bank statements?

Yes. Its own page for UK bank statements (linked above) has the download steps and the layout notes, and this table reads this site like every other row. The things it does not do are listed too: 12-file batch cap, no MT940, BAI2 or camt.053 input, no analytics. The first 5 pages need no account, so the quickest check is to drop a statement in below and look at the result.

How were the tools chosen?

Each tool's homepage and pricing page were read in October 2026 and the values copied into one table with the URL they came from. A tool appears here when those pages state that it names United Kingdom or any bank as a market; BankQBO, MoneyThumb, Suparse, Parseur, Nanonets, Docsumo, CleanStmt, StatementTable and EasyLedger were left out because their pages do not say. Nothing is ranked by opinion; the order is stmtai first, then the tools as they appear in the table.
